Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen orders.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Once you place an order, it is final. No order cancellations at any time.
We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of the package. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must include photos of the issue, including the packaging slip.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a tracking number via USPS to track your replacement order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
